Popular (copycat) workout names: Who thought of it first?

All the duplicate and easily confusable workout titles are starting to bug me with their unoriginality, so I thought I'd start a thread compiling duplicate names to help distinguish between different workouts. Here are some that I know of:

I can't think of any titles to contribute to this thread, but I'm thinking, this would be a good thread to eventually be stickied and maybe even moved or copied to the FAQ forum...Having the titles along with the instructors listed would help us all to sort these out and get the workouts we want and need from the instructors we are interested in.

Kathy Smith repeated herself - she has one workout titled "Fat Burning Workout" released in 1991; another is "Fat Burning Breakthrough."

And then the Firm put out "Firm Basics: Fat Burning Workout," but I'm not sure what year - maybe someone can fill it in.

There's also "Fat Burning Workout for Dummies" with Gay Gaspar

Gilad also had one called "Fat Burning Workout", but again, I'm not sure what year it was released.

I think Denise Austin had one (if not more!) workouts with "Fat Burning" in their titles.
