..or both? I know Sculpture has gotten good reviews here, but I like the outdoor setting that is on the Good 'n Strong workout. Margaret's DVDs are a little pricey, but I came into a small inheritance recently, so I wanted to treat myself
I have had the Sculpture and I have Good N Strong and I prefer Good N Strong over her Sculpture DVD. I have only done the first workout on the Good N Strong but like you I enjoy the outdoor setting and the workout just seemed to flow imo. I use a 5lb ball in it and could really feel my abs the next day.
I'm pretty sure that sculpture is on sale for $39.95 - $20 off the regular price, that would be enough for me to pick it! Sculpture is two 50 minute workout (one upper one lower). Good n strong is two 60 minutes workouts, each is a total body workout - I usually split each workout over 2 days. I think your choice would partly depend on how much time you spend working out. I like them both, but for different reasons. Sculpture is sort of her signature workout. Terrie
