Not sure which one to buy

I can't decide if I should get Jane Adams "Gentle Yoga" or "Yoga for Beginners". Since my broken ankle, I have trouble going from an up dog to a down dog, or down dog into warrior pose. I like the idea of shorter segments, but am not sure which one I should get. Any advice is welcome!

I've used Gentle Yoga waaaaaay more than YfB. Idk why but I rarely reach for YfB (and currently have it in my to-sell pile).

I found a lot of the practices on YfB similar to those on GY...just a bit longer or harder.
