Help! Please name this Cathe abs workout

The best part I remember of it is she does crunches/pulses with her legs in a scissor or L position, & she starts out doing 1 crunch, then she does 2, then on up to 7 or more. I looked at High Reps, STS Total Body, & most of the LIS series. I'm thinking it might be on the STS Abs circuits dvd? Thanks to anyone who can help identify this wokout!

Is it 4DS Kickbox? She does the leg split lifts with leg thrusts. If only Lorraine and Jai are in it, then I think that's it. If Greg, Denise, etc. are in it, then I think it's STS Abs Circuit.

She does the leg split lifts in 4DS but I'm fuzzy on the leg thrust, though.

I think the first time she did those was on 4 Day Split Kickbox. She also does the split leg crunches on Slide N Glide (with hands on discs), No Equiment abs from STS Ab Circuits, and Travel Fit.

I think it is no equipment abs from STS - I just did it for the first time a few days ago and I remember this move. I'm not sure if she does it somewhere else too though.

She definitely does them in 4 Day Split Kickboxing. This is the ab segment from that:

Leg press-outs: out-in-out, in-out-in
Pulsing split-leg crunches
Leg press-outs: out-in-out, in-out-in
Pulsing split-leg crunches
Oblique crunches left side
Oblique crunches right side
Sit-up into 2 quick jabs
Prone straight-arm pulses
Sit-up into 2 quick jabs
Prone straight-arm pulses

It's definitely on STS Ab Circuits - did this not too long ago.

Same here. I'm pretty sure it's on STS Ab Circuits also. It may be the No Equipment one. Pretty long too, at 19 minutes or so. Just did this last month.

Okay, I've done both workouts, & it was the one from 4DS Kickbox I was thinking of--I would've never guessed that's where it was--I need to do the 4DS Bootcamp/Kickbox combo premix more often. I think I don't do it because it's shorter, but I definitely like the workout.

FWIW, neither workout had more than 4 pulses in the L position. I guess it seems harder to me than 4 pulses. I wish Cathe would come out with an Abs Hits 2, but I doubt that would happen in these trying economic times.
