Help! Please name this Cathe abs workout
The best part I remember of it is she does crunches/pulses with her legs in a scissor or L position, & she starts out doing 1 crunch, then she does 2, then on up to 7 or more. I looked at High Reps, STS Total Body, & most of the LIS series. I'm thinking it might be on the STS Abs circuits dvd? Thanks to anyone who can help identify this wokout!
