Most Ridiculous Workout You Own?

I was just now re-organizing my discs in my big black binder, and came across a workout that makes me smile just remembering it...

Body Flex +. Yes, with Greer Childers. Yes, the one with the "Gymbar".
Yes, I still have it.
Yes, apparently I bought it (?) ten years ago or so. Or someone gave it to me. I prefer the second thought since I'm not sure.

What's the most EMBARRASSING workout you own? The one you'd hide if a fellow vidiot wanted to browse your collection? The one you really should get rid of?

...off to see if my embarrassing workout is going for anything on ebay, lol.

I can't think of what mine is right now (I'm sure I have a couple of them) but no way will I be able to top Body Flex (anything by Greer is ridiculous but that one was a doozy

I got it! I still have Suzanne Somers' Thigh Master workout and, yes, I still have that stupid gadget around here somewhere

Zak Lee's Kick to Fit or whatever. I don't have it anymore, I couldn't find the room for the props..you know a mile stretch of sand and a motorcycle. I thought the Firm was prop heavy.

I guess it would be my VHS copy of Joannie Greggins' Holiday Workout. I love it and do it every Christmas season.

Yeah, now I'm interested, although there is a warning about the production not being up to current standards. I'd love to exercise to Christmas music.
