[QUOTE=Sancho;2049704]I tried the Rip 60 straps today and the #11 workout which is the one with GSP.
Yes you are an advance exerciser . What about Tracey Staehle's newest workouts? I think you would enjoy Metabolic Conditioning and Total Body bootcamp. These workouts utilize the TRX, kettlebells, sand bag, gliding disc, medicine ball and resistance bands. You work as hard as you want to. These are circuit workouts and there is a Tabata at the end of each workout. Each DVD includes 3 workouts and you work at your own pace. You will feel worked out when finishing these. These are great workouts, the music sucks but it is a brutal as you make it. Here is a link from Total Fitness. http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/cate...show=10&page=2

Thanks Sancho for the review. I received two DVD's with my crosscore, but I think both are instructorial. Will provide more feedback later on.
