Sunday September 11 Workouts

Didn't see a thread for this yet, so I figured I'd start one.

Today I did:

KCM Circut Burn (the 60ish min pre-mix that combines both base workouts)
9 mile run- was drizzling on and off the whole time, but actually felt refreshing!
