I'll have to either put this on my Christmas list or keep an eye peeled for it...I think it would be a really nice supplement to her videos, esp. since Margaret is such a stickler for form.

I don't think I'll buy the book, but I put in on my paperbackswap wish list. I'd hope she shows some variations in the exercises that are pictured; not the same ole' that we usually see and do.

I just found Margaret's "Body Shaping: The Body Electric Video Workout" from 1986 VHS in a local thrift.

Hmm, I don't think so. Is this the same Body Electric Workout that's on the Classics DVD? If so, then it's definitely not Karen Voight but if it's a different workout.....well, I still doubt it.

I don't know if it's the same. My boyfriend didn't think it was Karen. But when they close up on her smiling, it totally looks like her to me. But by 1986 Karen was already on her own, right? That part doesn't make sense, if it's her.

I guess I'll see in the end credits. But the music is grating and the weights/arms move so fast, I'm not sure I'll make it that far.

It might be Jules that you think is Karen Voight. If it's the same video that's on the Classics DVD, Margaret does a separate intro before each exercise. You could fast forward to the end credits even if you don't finish the workout.
