Ladies, I can't say enough about Brazil Butt Lift. I to focus on that area forever, after doing this program it really did change my lower half like nothing did before my decade of barre like workouts. I know to each his own but if I were homeless & BBl 2 came out i would find a way to work it in

Totally agree about the glute activation. I did a search a while ago about glute activation and found some tests you could do to see if you had LAZY GLUTES and on one side I struggled with the exercises. It is worth reading up on if you hope to boost your backside. Check out MyOmytv.com. She is gifted in the glutes dept.
At the gym I was always told "legs equals butt" as far as what I was working which I am now rethinking. Now I am inspired to add a glute day. I don't always feel squats and lunges working my glutes.
I am thinking I will follow the plan from the link Kyra posted in "getting started with videos.". It would be worth taking a look at that thread. The OP is also complaining about a flat butt.

Marika, do you think there's a particular workout in that series that you think does it (maybe High and Tight?), or the combination of all of it?

Bee- High & Tight was the best IMO. The triangle training he talks about really works. I think for me he was the first to really hit the glutes this way.Plus he said that in Brazil ankle weights are Huge in gyms, here not so much anymore.

KB's did ample booty-wise for me a few years back. So much so, that it swayed me off using them for awhile. Well, actually still can't do them often!

Recently, I've been doing Body Pump workouts and with all the weighted squats and lunges, that seems to be the ticket for me right now. DH mentioned that I must be getting that "Body Pump" butt, and he approves, LOL! Last month, I also paired BP with Sylwia's Premier (the floorwork and occasionally the lunge sequence) once a week. This month, it's Rockin' Models floorwork coupled w/ the BP workouts.

I'm having a blast. Everyone should have this much fun obtaining a higher, rounder butt!

I don't if a lot of people have said that, but it hasn't been true for me at all. My butt is on the flat side, but not anymore! It has definitely lifted.

Any Margaret Richard workout will do. Just look at her 65-year old butt in Spark, her latest.
