The lower body portion has Diva Derriere, which is an absolute killer
Thanks! Sounds like what I need.. I will definitely be trying this one myself this next week.

Margaret Richard's floorwork has shaped my butt and that difficult area between butt and hamstrings ("thutt") more than any other style of working out. I've been concentrating on that difficult area since I was a teenager so it always got a lot of work.

I guess I was hoping for something LESS painful than barre - most of these responses sound even worse!

The Margaret Richard sounds promising though.

What about tall box climbs?

I like those. I often do those off and on during a Leslie workout to up the intensity, or instead of running in place. I'm not sure how effective these are as butt lifters, although I know they're supposed to 'lift the fanny'.

Maybe it is the novelty. I enjoy kettlebele swings over box climbs.

Have you considered Callanetics Evolution? It uses standing barre work instead of pretzel for hips and behind and the do more exercies for less reps (working the same muscles slightly differently) which still gives you a lot of total workout but you may find it more accessible.

Sara, have you tried Brazil Butt Lift? OMG it was magic for me. My barre workouts were getting me nowhere after awhile. I got this, gave up barre which was so hard and it really worked for me. Then of course it was on to Tonique, then the next thing then the next. However BBL is not killer IMO. I found it relatively easy considering all that I do.

Best butt of my life - definitely bigger, but still better than small pancake butt.
