I googled it, and it's with Cheryl Burke, of Dancing W/ The Stars fame. Might not be such a bad workout---just a really bad title!.....

This thread has me laughing to tears!

Here's mine. I don't like the term 'Fanny Lifter.' But don't ask me what they should have called it. Maybe 'Rear Raiser' or 'Seat Stepper'...I don't know.

I have to admit,though, I look forward to what the new titles will be for new workouts. Like, what will be the final names to the STS Cardio workouts? Or, next years' CIA's?

It was fun when someone within the forums won a contest for coming up with a title for a new workout. I think Tracey Long should do that with her new series.
