An update
Well, it is day 26 of the 30 Day Shred and I really do think I made the right choice. While I still do parts of Level 3 very poorly (the walking push-ups mainly), I am seeing phenomenal results all over but especially my lower body -- my pants are fitting much better than they have in a looong time.
The abs are my trouble spot and while I've seen some results from 30 Day Shred, this week I've tacked on the core workout from the Jackie Warner video I have. I really feel it when I'm done and I think I am starting to see results.
(If I squint and angle my body just right and the lighting is okay, I can just start to make out a six-pack -- cushioned under that protective fat of course, LOL!) I've had three C-sections and I doubt if I'll ever have the perfect mid-section but it's certainly a lot better than it was.
