I really like this side-leg series with Karen Lord on YouTube. It's only 13 minutes and gives a good burn for the lower body.

Tugger—I know you’ve tried everything but this may be helpful. It’s a video demonstrating a quick and very simple anterior tibialis stretch that seems to give some people instant relief from their PF pain. The video is 10 minutes long but the stretch is shown after a brief introduction.
I posted this in the PF and Rebounding thread. I follow Dr. Eric Berg and I remembered he had a video about PF and thought I would post the link with the hope it can help. It’s only 10 minutes long. The first 5-minutes is an introduction and demonstration of a simple stretch for your anterior tibialis which only takes a couple of minutes but the relief is supposedly immediate. After about the 5 minute mark he talks about inflammation and changing your diet which may be off putting for some. https://youtu.be/mPMvVMayCFo
