Is this ART method high impact at all? I'm still dealing with PF issues and don't do any foot impact workouts. Which is why I got interested in TA in the first place! (obviously not her cardio workouts, hah!) Goodness knows I have a long way to go, and am working on getting back into a workout groove! Is this ART method doable by somebody with alot to lose?

No, what I meant is that I find earlier Omni (year 1) is more challenging than Glute but later (year 2) they are more comparable in intensity because Glute becomes more intense. |

The first time I tried ART I wasn't feeling it at all. I turned it off after a few minutes. There was a dread factor and I had no motivation to complete it. I thought maybe it was because the sound wasn't loud enough coming from the computer so I connected my speaker to it and did a workout last night and I liked it. My arms were killing me from all the plank work. I felt fully worked out after it was over and there was lots of ab work. I feel that these workouts will really strengthen and tighten up my middle which I desperately need right now. I'll probably try another workout today or tomorrow. I did the newer 45 minute DCT workout. I really liked the music. |
