Workouts - Thursday September 8th, 2016
Today I tried Popsugar Fitness for the first time:
-45 min Cardio Boxing (loved this WO! It was intense) -30 min ab circuit (combined five 5-min ab videos) -Long and lean Stretch (7 min) I enjoyed all of them!

KCM's Cardio Pump (boxing workout)

Cathe Live- Total body cardio and weights. I have yet to do a live wkout that I didn't like! Lovin that live class!!!
