Anything similar to Lift with Cee?

I am looking for something different to help re-ignite my workouts after suffering from tendinitis the past 3 months. I was doing Lift with Cee but want to see if there is something similar (as in pure lifting dumbbells at home) but need a "fresh face"..lol. Don't get me wrong, she is awesome but want to change things up for a bit.

Are there any other recommendations for programs, either Youtube, paper, DVD, etc. that you would recommend that is pure, basic lifting suitable for beginner-intermediate?

I like a set program that has a start and finish and is follow along but I don't want something that has a bunch of extra workouts like HIIT, pilates, etc. I am looking for pure strength training that I can do at home.

Thanks in advance.
T.

I like fitbymik, 45 sec per exercise, 15 sec of rest, minimal talking.

Yes!!! This looks intriguing. I will definitely explore.

I am looking at things I can alternate with my Essentrics and this might fit the bill. I have come to the conclusion that, for me, mobility and stretch are tied for first place with strength training for what my body needs/craves.

I often do a short standing Essentrics workout to warm up before I do strength.

That is a good idea but I think I need to add in full Essentrics workouts because everything is sooooo tight. I sit at a desk all day and am really working on undoing years of this.

I am looking at the Winter Workout Challenge and think I might start it, just to see what happens..lol.

Well, I’ll sound like a broken record, but I like Kaleigh Cohen’s strength workouts. She can be a little chatty/goofy, but not bad at all! She has done just a few complete programs but mainly I pick and choose.

I really like her also! Plus she sometimes has her animals with her and that is always a plus for me. She constantly adds new material.

You may also like CDorner Fitness. She has a ton of content.

Here's another channel that is marketed to women over 40, Fab and Fit Over Forty with Rhoda:

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...6cE7ZT3dnJc2jg

That's a link to her January 2023 playlist - the plan is 5 days of weight workouts, a stretch workout and then a day off.

Workouts are about thirty minutes long. The workouts are not as visually pleasing as Cee's workouts, but they aren't bad.
