I didn't know whether to ask in this thread or the other, but does anyone know or remember if this is a step up from her last series or just a balanced series for any level I am unable to do everything, but do a lot from the last box set. I've tried several times to get thru the workouts on the last weights DVD she did (can't remember name but there was a cardio weights and a heavier weights I think?), but i had to do halfsies when I did it (split it up over 2 days and just do bike or yoga or something after). I didn't feel able to do her online series, and she even recommended it to me when I was thinking of doing the online one but health keeps getting in the way of really pushing hard to keep up. I just received part of the set and am waiting on the rest to come. I am just not good at looking and knowing what level something is at. If I preview something, it looks very doable (by anyone, not just her) and then doing it is much different (my mind is so fit and athletic!!). I guess I am trying to remember which level, before or after other DVDs these rest on if that makes sense?
