Skogg, hands down. LOVE it.

Just thought I'd throw this out there: I just finished the Skogg 60 Day Challenge. Lost 24 pounds. Have been doing Skogg since August 1st. I've lost 46.5 pounds.

Yes, oh yes, I love Skogg. Building muscle, getting strong, and kicking fat to the curb.
Wow,that's great!

I've just started Skogg and like Exercise Diva, I wish I hadn't waited so long to cave.

The instruction and form pointers are great. I'm improving my form and confidence with the clean and press, high pull and snatch. While I'm pretty strong, I've always been weak on overhead pressing moves, and I hope that working through Skogg will help with that.

Once I've mastered my form, I'm looking forward to returning to RKS.

I'll be curious to see which you like better, if it's fair to compare. RKS? ... I'm just not clicking with RKS the way I do with AOS/Brooks. Don't own Skogg yet.

I think I've read here that Skogg is best for learning form.

This. I just finished week 3 and I'm really enjoying it. Great form pointers. I also look forward to another round of RKS.

Just saw on the Skogg facebook page that other dvd is in the works. Not sure if this is old news. Did Skogg's Root level 4 today. Great workout. I'm finally getting better at snatches!

It depends on which level that you pick. There are 4 different levels on each dvd so if you pick level one on the menu, it's significantly shorter than level 4. IF you're new to kb's, Skogg is a good choice, otherwise, I'd pick RKS.

I love both for different reasons. Skogg is a great build up program, I made it through his whole rotation. It did get a little boring by the end. But it is a solid program from a man who knows his kettlebells. Now, every week, I will do one of the level 4 workouts and then on 2 other days do Lauren Brooks and AOS.

I loved RKS when I did it, lots of variety. I have not used it since. I'm not sure where to add it in my schedule. I feel the skogg workouts could stand alone as workouts more. I feel like RKS you have to string 1 or 2 together.

If I had to choose between the 2, I would say Skogg. I use it the most. Good Luck!
