Feeling better today, thanks all! It's amazing, though, how many places can feel sore after a tumble! Nothing that a few days won't clear up (hopefully!).

Glad you are doing better today! Whew! My thought process would have been the same.

Now that's a vidiot!!!

Yesterday my arms hurt soooo bad -- I thought I must have really injured something! Then I remembered that Friday was the first time doing a specific Cardio-Arms workout, which apparently *really* got some muscles that haven't been worked in a while! LOL, so not an injury...just crazy DOMS.

I think I must be in the minority because I don't care if anyone sees me take a spill. My first thought is always whether I'm hurt and if it will keep me from working out (in that order).

Hope you're okay to workout, Alison!

Of course, the next vidiot impulse, after "oh no, my workouts!" is "I should start a thread about what workouts I can do when I'm injured..."

Alison, I'm glad you recovered quickly. I totally held my breath as I read the rest of your post and was glad to hear you were ok. Been there, done that.

I recently missed a step going up the stairs and my daughter helplessly watched me as I tried to regain my balance.

As I flailed, I remember thinking " abs, abs, engage your abs!! " I did manage to seagull flap up the rest of the stairs once my daughter saw I was fine she could only shake her head at all that gracefulness...

It's hard for our kids having us as parents sometimes, huh?
