Sorry, I'm a bit out of the loop. What's the difference between DMW and, for example, Course 6 (which I bought)? I also bought the Matics. But I am a terrible workout hoarder and haven't done any of them yet.

Do I need to add courses 1 & 2 to my hoard??

Thanks!

DMW is very intense, slow controlled movement. There isn't a cardio portion per se but when I do them I am sweating bullets. It is very intense, but very therapeutic. They are amazing

He finally posted the sale!! There's a bundle price which comes out to about $138 for both courses or $74 if bought individually.

Here is what Hamelin posted about the courses:

Course 1 introduces you the deep muscle work by the barre and on the mat. The first couple of classes are very 'flowing' and toning and stretching are combined together. The course gradually progresses to deeper and more serious muscle work.

Course 2 is a step up form course 1. Longer deeper toning and more refined barre movement. The barre work is more similar to ballet barre practice/work than standard commercial barre. Course 2 also have more focused on calming and relaxing the mind.

Bundle, course 1 and 2:

I purchased the 2 Deep Muscle courses. How does he advise to use them? How long before moving onto the next class? Thanks

I think it was originally do 1 new class every week (same class 5-6x/wk before moving on to the next class) for each 10 week course.

ETA: He summarizes here
