thanks I found it. Who knew I had an account on cathe for the workout manager. I may give this a try and see how it goes for a week. I'm not sure I have room for my barbell with my current set up

I’m going to follow a similar breakdown for my current rotation.

My rotation and STS fit well before 80 day obsession. I think so

Thanks ALL for the feedback. I placed my order a few minutes ago
I’m picky with my workout choices and researched STS. Linear periodization is great for building strength. 3 days a week sounds perfect for me. I can choose from my favorite cardio workouts each Mesocycle adding variety to the program. Having the adequate rest periods counted for you is a plus during this types of programs. I don’t have time for that at this moment. I notice that without rest timing people usually cheat and end up finishing an hour routine in an hour a a half. I see this all the time at the gym. Guy go heavy and then pick the phone for 5 minutes. The same applies to metabolic circuits. People rest more than needed for the intended purpose of these type of workouts. That is why I love Cathe FB workouts. Barely rest per muscle group/sets. I also added to cart PHA, Total Body Giant Sets, and Ramped Up Upper Body.

Sharaz you have special motivating powers! I ditched L&S yet here I am caught by the STS bug after owning it for a few years and always being overwhelmed by it. 3 days a week - I can do that, maybe even for the whole workout.
I have a question about the rest breaks. I know when we keep them short they keep the heart rate up, but if they're longer I can lift heavier. Is that just putting a different emphasis on my workouts or something I really don't want to do?
