Comparing STS & MetaShred Extreme
I have been doing MetaShred Extreme Lower Body pretty consistently for 3 months and have gained a lot of strength from it, but mentally ready for a change.
I am thinking of doing STS, just doing the lower body workouts. My hamstrings & hips/gluteus muscles are weak and are loving the strength work in MetaShred Extreme.
What are your opinions of the hips, flutes, hamstrings strengthening in STS? It’s been 8 years since I did STS, so don’t remember if these areas are hit hard.
