Working out on carpet/puzzle mats

Hi,

I cannot pivot on my thick berber carpet. Are puzzle mats the answer? Or is the surface too grippy to allow for pivots, chugs and the like?

Thanks!

Hi Beth,

I have puzzle mats and they're very easy to pivot on. There is a rough side and a smooth side. The smooth side faces downwards against the floor and helps the mat stick to the floor (I have a ceramic tile floor) and the rough side faces upwards. They also helped me a lot with preventing shin splints.
