Red face If I like Sara Ivanhoe...

I use StretchMax a lot for athletic stretching.

For yoga- I love, love love Candlelight Yoga... Love her teaching style. Anyone else with a similar style?

Sara studied with Erich Schiffmann, so there are a lot of similarities between their styles.

Crunch yoga body sculpt had a very similar feel to me. I don't know why. I also like Crunch Candlelight Yoga.

Different tone and more of a hippy vibe but I love Rainbeau Mars 4 pack set called Sacred Practice- 4 DVDs with varying intensity levels. It's hard to find them all together- you can buy them separately but they are sometimes on ebay. I also like her Yoga for Beauty Dawn and Dusk 2 DVD set but find myself reaching for the Sacred Practice ones more often.

My all-time favorite yoga DVD is Ivanhoe's Joy of Yoga. Perfection!
I agree that Yoga Body Sculpt (Bethany Lyons) has a similar feel...but maybe it's the Crunch vibe that does it. . All those midriff tops and colorful bandanas.

Adriene on youtube has a lot of stuff - I was watching some of her routines and did bedtime yoga sequence - she seems casual, more laid back - like I remember about some of Sara Ivanhoe's..tons of routines to sort through though. I need to pull out candlelight yoga again...I remember liking that one. erich narrates yoga mind and body with ali mcgraw
