Workouts! Monday May 7th

After about a month in a slump I'm trying to slowly creep back on the consistent workout wagon. Or trying to anyway. This morning Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp. Wore my HRM for this one for the first time and burned 500ish calories Nice!

Even though PPH states you will burn around 500 cal., I only burned around 200 - but since it's not a cardio w/o, I had my doubts to begin with. BUT, totally loved it none-the-less!

TL Focus Kick Back. I must say, it was a nice way to tuck in a 30 minute workout this morning. I hope to do the original Buns of Steel tonight.

Cammie-cam-cam, way to take a plyometric jump back onto the workout wagon with Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp! Rock on with your bad self.

Ha! I did Brooklyn too (first time, I loved it!). Only burned 418 tho.
