Amazing experience
To die for audio-guided interval workout suitable for all cardio machines.
Like Chris wrote, you can use it for outdoor running or walking also ( I haven't used it for walking). V8 requires that you are on a hilly route. I have been able to adapt all the other volumes to flat roads for outdoor running. Yes, you can download to ipod. You can click on each workout and read the description. For eg. for V8, click here http://www.cardiocoach.com/miva/merc...tore_Code=CCPS and then click on the "full description" Music is like a dramatic movie score with Coach Sean giving you precise countdowns and instructions for changing speed/incline/resistance etc. You can download from here www.cardiocoach.com If you like hills, V8 is the one you will want. The store front is here http://www.cardiocoach.com/miva/merc...egory_Code=PRO Note the specials. All the higher number volumes are challenging and V8 is the toughest beast. You can read Vrinda's review at the home page. Please post if you have more questions. But all the answers are available if you poke around that website.

I love CC!
I gave my ipod to my son and forgot I had a shuffle. Anyway, I used the mp3 download and burned my own cd's for my stereo. It's a good idea to burn them onto CD-R's for back-up files. What is so great about CC, is that the intensity levels are for anyone. All you need to do is find your "perceived exertion" http://www.cardiocoach.com/aboutQSG4.php You will always grow with this approach. I'm pretty new to CC, but I've already noticed my settings on my elliptical going up to get me into the work zones Coach Sean ask for. It's a wonderful program! |
