I don't really like it, for several reasons:
1. the breathing doesn't make sense. Exhaling every time he wants you to contract your abs makes for some very inefficient breathing IMO, and it doesn;t feel good, especially if you are used to pilates or yoga where you breathe more deeply so you can exhale more deeply. I hate that part.
2. I don't really like the instructor, I find him annoying.
3. It can be fun if you want a light workout but there isn't a whole lot of dancing nor a whole lot of cardio, so it doesn't really seem like an efficient use of time. It might be good for beginners or people who like dancing but have two left feet.
All in all, I think it was a waste of money - you can get MUCH better workouts for that amount of money (like TurboJam!)
However, if you still want to try it, I do have some still up for trade
