Floor Yoga or Stretch Workouts

Would love to find some gentle floor stretching or yoga workouts. Do you have any favorites?

I really like Crunch Candlelight Yoga and reach frequently for Karen Voight's Pure and Simple Stretch. It has standing and floor stretches but the DVD is chaptered to do one or the other.

I second Karen Voight's stretch practice on the DVD.

My favorite floor yoga is the 35 minute routine from Jane Adams Gentle Yoga. All on the floor and includes range of motion, stretching and some gentle toning moves. Filmed outdoors in a forest and I find Jane's voice and manner of speaking very soothing.

I too love Karen Voight's Pure and Simple Stretch! Another good DVD is Deep Stretch Yin Yoga with Mimi Solaire. I also like the one KarenJo mentioned: the 35 minute floor routine from Jane Adams Gentle Yoga.

I will throw in my support for the Karen Voight Pure and Simple Stretch, Crunch Candlelight Yoga, and Jane Adams videos. All are really nice.

If you need something shorter, I like Tamilee Webb’s Total Stretch for Beginners (floor, sitting, and standing options) and the stretch from 10 Minute Solution Pilates with Lara Hudson.

I recently checked out Survival Guide for Pain-Free Living with Peggy Cappy from my local library. I've only tried two of the stretch/yoga routines, but they are very gentle and relaxing.

I like Tamilee Webb's Total Stretch for Beginners, too.
