I love the feel of the fabric and how they're labeled what the resistance is.

The heavy loop is no joke!!

I really like the bands too and I agree about the heavy loop band. I was surprised how hard it was to pull it. All bands are very good quality and I'm very glad I got them.

I rec'd mine yesterday; I'm in Maryland. Today is gorgeous weather so I'll be hiking, not doing a "workout" but maybe I'll preview them later.

I received mine today, but I didn't realize that one of the DVD's did not have its plastic sleeve that you remove. It was unwrapped. I tore into it with scissors like I normally do and everything just came apart. I hope customer service will replace this for me. We'll see...
I'm surprised I got it so quickly since I live in Phoenix AZ and I used UPS not the more expensive priority mail.
The loops are very high tension. They will only work on my upper thighs, they can't be used like the firewalker bands, I literally can barely make the easiest orange one move as firewalkers. The bands are a lot easier however.
I'll be previewing the DVDs tonight!
