Which kind did you purchase and are you still using them.. And I agree, in their lack of popularity in VF and I guess that's because there is not a DVD on learning them..

Plus they are unconventional tools. India still uses for strength training.. No flows, just moving them every day.. probably helps rotator cuff strength also. [Anna]

I had that DVD at one time, but I must have given it away or traded it. Not sure why, because I did like it--especially the upper body workout, which was tougher than it looked.

I'm doing another rotation of weider now...for the 2nd time this year

Bbx hardcore is a bodyweight cardio workout series that came out in 2011. A lot of suspicious reviews were posted here on nearly the same date during its release. Here's a clip of it https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mUHKZaizXQU . It's a little repetitive but no doubt would get the job done for quick fat loss. Kinda like a step before Insanity.

I like BBX Hardcore too I don't do it often, because I don't love bodyweight only workouts, but I like Dede Barbanti and it's a good program. It's one of the first ones I purchased after joining VF

Well, we're going to need a new name for this thread because I like BBX Hardcore, Met-Rx, Indian clubs and Weider Xfactor ST
I actually love hearing people mention sets and workouts that don't get mentioned often any more

I'll add Gymabstics (challenging but unique) and the ESP-XC set.

Taiga, I never heard of ESP-XC set before, and I could not find anything online.

That's too bad---they were a small outfit and likely went under or transitioned to a new name. I have one of the few actual dvd sets and very much enjoy it. I very nearly missed out on it and would never have used the downloads.
