Thoughts on Life 360 Denise Austin

Hi All
I have been thinking of purchasing Denise Austin’s Life 360
Have you tried it? Do you recommend it?
Thoughts?

Thanks

I have it. I have only done the yoga. Really enjoyed the yoga. I previewed a couple of strength DVDs and they appear to be solid programs. Very similar in fitness level to Jessica Smith Walk Strong 1.

Feel free to post any specific questions. Maybe I can answer?

Or perhaps someone who has actually done the program can.

I have the DVDs, a gift from an incredibly generous VFer.
Haven't done them all. The yoga and barre are very good.
I think Denise offers a week free trial.

These have been back and forth on my list for awhile. I think they are back on now .

I gave my set away to someone here at VF. I like Denise, but most of her workouts annoy the crap out of me. There are a handful I have kept, though.

...and that would be me - Gams, you are my incredibly generous VFer.

lindseylu8 did a review of each of the workouts here in the review forum:
http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd..._inst.php?id=8

i have most of Denise's workouts that Lisa Wheeler choreographed. when she recently released her pre-Lisa workouts, i picked up 2 after studying what VFers had to say about them.

i like that Denise has a different indoor setting each time. i try to imagine what that indoor setting is - lobby of a hotel, inside of a restaurant or retail store where they've cleared out the tables and racks. perhaps inside of a large hotel ballroom even. maybe inside of her mansion or another rich person's large house that they've rented.

yes, she has a "spacey" voice. i just tune it out and follow her moves. she has decent form. the reason she is "off beat" from the music is because i think "canned" music tracks are added after the video is taped, or maybe they're following a track but due to editing, there's a misalignment of audio vs. video. she seems genuine and caring. i find the moves she chooses to be reasonable - just enough.
