I ordered Celebration Cardio, Get Funky Cardio and Shake Your Groove Thing Cardio which is led by Cheryl (the other two are led by Tsha Jacobson). Tsha cues a little bit better than Cheryl, but she whoops a lot; it's appropriate for this kind of workout, but they start to sound like Crunch workouts toward the end
Each workout is 30 minutes of cardio. I'd skip the Cheryl one; the only good song is Shake Your Groove Thing which is tacked on at the very end for exactly 45 seconds (!) and her cueing is especially bad. The others are fun, and worth the low price. Celebration has the songs September, Celebration and In The Navy. Get Funky has Do You Wanna Get Funky, We Are Family and Bad Girls. I'd say the intensity is intermediate - about like a Zumba workout in intensity and danciness. Lots of booty-shaking and moving the whole body!
