I think that now describes me too. I've been telling everyone! Especially after reading Debbie S's post.

Another huge Zappos fan here. Although, like others - I had no idea they sold HRM's! I ordered mine from Amazon, but as I have Prime, it was here the next day, too.

Agree, they are the standard for what all customer service and shipping should be. I have not tried shopping them for items other than shoes yet, and I think I read on their site that they were acquired by Amazon, but I have to double check that. Being a HUGE Amazon fan as well, I think it's a good marriage.

Sooo, does everybody know about Zappos sale site http://www.6pm.com/ ? It does not have the free shipping and returns, and does not have the same return policy. But everything is on sale.

I didn't want to write this post without double-checking that 6pm really is a Zappos site, so I checked and found this post from 2008, which explains the creation of 6pm: http://blogs.zappos.com/blogs/ceo-an...com-and-6pmcom

Amazon is the major shareholder in Zappos, but Zappos continues to be run separately. That happened in 2009.

Laura, always check Zappos first. There are many times that the item at 6PM and Zappos are the same price, so it's best to order it via Zappos. Their CS is outstanding, too.

Yes, Amazon is now a major shareholder, which bums me out, because Zappos JUST started charging sales tax since I live in WA state. This must have taken effect on 7/1, because I ordered a couple of things for my hubby on 6/26 and was not charged a sales tax.

Also, since Amazon and Zappos are related now don't save your CC information. It's not worth taking a chance.

But it's the free shipping that I love.

I am moving to Kentucky and will be 30 minutes from their distribution center. It looks like there is an outlet. Maybe that will be good.

Again, check out their parent company, Zappos, first.

6PM return window in only 30 days.

Also, be sure to check out Amazon. After I discovered that Zappos is now charging sales tax on orders shipped to WA state, I checked Amazon, and the item that I wanted was $25.00 cheaper with free shipping and free returns.

Endless.com is also owned by Amazon, so do the same research with this company. The majority of the time, the shoes that are at Endless is much cheaper at Amazon.

Sancho, since you are moving to Kentucky, you will now be charged sales tax.
