Most used instructor/series for 2022!

My most used piece of equipment was my Nordictrack treadmill with the iFIT series in 2022. By years end I'd done close to 300 walks/hikes. My favorite trainer was Tommy Rivers Puzey for iFIT.

In March, I joined an outdoor hiking group and we met twice per week (weather permitting.) I did a total of 48 hikes. In previous years, I would have started the year with a Leslie Sansone rotation, but didn't use even one of her workouts this time. Very rare, indeed.

In this year, I did a two month Pilates rotation with most instructors being one offs. Too many to mention.

In the years before, I had done much more yoga and walking DVDs. Also, more Jessica Smith, Kelly Coffey-Meyer and Cathe! What a difference a year makes.

I used a total of 54 different instructors/systems in 2022. 707 workouts, 311 days of working out.

I work from home so I feel like I have to do a few workouts a day in order to boost my movement. My main workout is done first thing in the morning. If I have time, I will do an easy cardio as an add-on. If I have energy at the end of my work day, I may do another easy cardio (Yv2, CIZE, Zumba, CH).

Me too!

I also like how some of you break your workouts down into genres (strength, cardio, yoga, etc.)..however some of my workouts include a variety, so that may not work for me. :/

I keep track of minutes I spend each workout day, but maybe I should count the number of workouts I actually do too....something to consider! But like a check-in buddy mentioned, I could go down a rabbit hole tracking all this stuff, LOL!
