My most used piece of equipment was my
Nordictrack treadmill with the
iFIT series in 2022. By years end I'd done close to
300 walks/hikes. My
favorite trainer was
Tommy Rivers Puzey for iFIT.
In March, I joined an outdoor hiking group and we met twice per week (weather permitting.) I did a total of
48 hikes. In previous years, I would have started the year with a Leslie Sansone rotation, but didn't use even one of her workouts this time. Very rare, indeed.
