32 minute walk. New exercise shoes are not nice. The best shoes I've ever had have been discontinued. I have VERY wide and thick (ugly) feet. Have tired the brands that sell wide widths. Have to be careful with how they affect my back. I have laced them differently for tomorrow. Barefoot for some things might be ok but can't do on my treadmill....I've tried. : (

The Firm: 500 Calorie Workout (Kelsie Daniels)

(I wasn't expecting this to be such a tough workout for me -- I enjoyed most of the workout, although I had to modify the cardio segments. I really enjoy Kelsie Daniels as the instructor.)
