I found a wonderful online Qi Gong instructor

I don't think I've seen Jeffrey Chand mentioned here. I've been doing his free YouTube videos for at least a year now, and just signed up for his streaming service.

He's in Canada, I assume the Vancouver area, and many of the routines are filmed outdoors in a park or by the water, and in all seasons. He's very friendly and down to earth and has a pleasant personality. He sometimes includes instructions at the beginning, introducing the moves he'll do, but then you can skip ahead to the start. For instance, the sleep routine on YT shows about 27 minutes long, but it starts at about 7:30, making for a 20 minute routine.

There's a wide variety of routines and they range from about 5 to 45 minutes and I just really enjoy them. He also has instructional and discussion-type videos.

I found him a couple of weeks back and did his Chest Tightness/Anxiety Practice - I love his practices and his calm demeanor!
