Anyone have a list of Linda Wooldridge workouts
Linda's website is so confusing and she has so many workouts I am so lost. Does anyone have a list of her workouts by the release date? Thanks!

I think the reason it's confusing is because Linda has both her dvds and dvd-r's listed on her site. Mary only carries her pressed dvds. I'd recommend contacting Linda direct and I'm sure she could help you.
