Yeah, me too. If I can do UY, I feel like these would be too easy. Plus, I just don't need any more hour+ long practices. I really need more short practices. It's just hard to fit in UY more than a couple of times a week. Short and Sweet could be add-ons so I could do yoga more frequently, which is a good thing

I caved. I have yet to try UY but DH loves it so I know one of us will use this one.
