These would look better to me if they weren't PDF downloads. I would really like to see them put this to DVD.

A few years ago, Craig offered monthly subscriptions to his workouts. A number of us VFers participated and we had a check-in. His workouts are solid and nicely designed; there was no dread or boredom factor for me. I seem to recall dropping away when he increased his subscription rate to a price that was too high for me. $19.95 for a collection isn't bad.

Yep, I was in that check-in with you guys. I'm still locked in at the $99.00 a year price. It's crazy expensive to join at the price they're charging now.

That price isn't bad at all, yahoo. I'd jump on it. The information will be valuable.

No, you will not be charged. You might get a 30 day free trial period, but they will not automatically charge you.

K, I just read the link. It looks like you get the free 30 days, but you will have to email them at that email address before the end of the 30 days. Save that webpage, so you have that email handy. Make sure you email them a couple of days before the 30 days is over.

thanks Debbie. That's what I thought. I feel like some companies are less rather than more reputable and find any way to take your money.

About the company I had a problem with I disputed and discontinued the charges/services and they continued to charge me. Finally got my bank involved and threatened legal action and they refunded the vast majority. It was a small amount so I initially overlooked it.

When you get your 30 days, you might want to sign on and download whatever programs are available to you. I was a former member, I would always join when he had the 3 month membership specials. Then dropped out when it got really expensive and all the programs looked so similar.

The pic looks like actual books, but just beware, everything is a PDF file.
