Love you, Susan!! You were my first video instructor and I'm STILL doin' volumes 1 and 4 - all the classics, actually. Even my husband loved exercising with me and "the Girl in Yellow" (sounds like a painting, lol).

Are you still working with Tracie, and anything new we should know about?

Thanks Adam! Hopefully no one at work hear me squeal with excitement. I really need to revisit these old Firms! I keep thinking that new workouts are always going to be better and the answer rather than that what I have might be the thing for me.

I'm previewing this right now.....and it does look good! A good mix of weights and cardio (well it is the Firm...Duh!), and Susan and Kai fit together well as dual instructors. And I can use my new ankle weights...yay!

I can see where this one can be heavied up too. In fact, the section I'm watching now is Susan saying to use the heaviest weights you can with good form. (she's doing French Presses) Thanks for reminding me about this one, bonbon......I'm going to do it tomorrow.

Hey Marie and LuckyStar!!

So cool that I was your first!!! thanks for letting me know and I'm glad you are still working out. As another thread mentioned it certainly is the best medicine. I still teach classes and am now training for a triathalon that's in my home town in June. I've always wanted to do it so.... now seems like a good time.

After I saw this I am actually dying to do all these workouts again. I literally bought Time Crunch and Floor Burn and Finding Your Core simply because Susan Harris was in them - she never failed to impress me.

Susan - you certainly have a following here - me included!!! It is very exciting to see you on the board.

Hey Indy,

Thank you for the warm welcome. It is so great that you still workout to all of those oldies. Many of the exercises are so classic and produce good results. "results that you can see...."

Susan,

I hope I don't have to hold you responsible for the monstrosity I've just witnessed on my TV! (the dance at the end of Firm Time Crunch! )

Most of my rotation at the moment is old stuff.....Firms, original FitPrimes, and old Tracie's. You are right about the results!

And for someone like me who likes no-nonsense instruction, they are superb!

Yes - I recognize that quote - it was extremely motivating believe me. In fact - I did Volumne 1 so often that when you did the lying inner thigh section I could recite everything you said right along with you. I am so glad you are out there working out just like the rest of us but you literally got a lot of us started and excited about exercising. So - big thank you.
