Cancel Get Healthy Membership

Hi,

I have send a message to them but they do not answer and do not send me a confirmation.

Does anyone have suggestions? Just know I do not want to call because it is expensive.

Is this Chris Freytag's online video site? It's possible they weren't responding because of the Labor Day weekend, and Monday was a holiday. When did you first contact them?

Yes it is Chris Freytags online video site. I have contacted them last week on Wednessday so almost a week ago. I have send a message to editor@gethealthyutv.com.

Is that adress not good. It says somewhere to contact them on phone but that is so expensive for me.


When I google it says: You may cancel anytime before your one-year is up by contacting customer service at 1-844-278-2050 or editor@gethealthyutv.com

Hi Nelly,

I think, unfortunately, the only way to cancel is to call. That is one reason why I have been hesitant to re-subscribe to their membership site, even though the deals and specials are so good. I hate having to make a call to cancel something!!

I hate having to call too but they were very nice. There was no wait time, she was very understanding and it probably took less than 3 minutes.

Call them and they will cancel it. I did it last year with no problems.

Glad they responded Nelly.

The only way I could cancel when I had it was to call, they would not accept any other way of canceling.
