Simple answer is "no".

I don't like doing the same instructor everyday, although when I look back at my early days of VF, I owned only Cathe workouts. My rotation was simply alternating cardio with strength (I can't believe I used to do a full hour of step with Cathe!). Now we have so many more instructors and variety of workouts, which isn't necessarily a good thing when trying to make a decision.

I like the idea of a rotation, especially if it's well designed for overall fitness, but I just don't know how I'm going to feel in the morning and what I'll feel capable of, and I often fill up the hour with different types of workouts. I do need to focus more.

And I really don't like using the same instructor every day.

In December 2006, I finally discovered that my key to consistency was doing rotations created by someone else.

My (tinfoil) hat is off to those who regularly complete official rotations! Kudos!
