I've been rebounding for over 3 years now and I love it. I'm up to 30-40 min workouts. I use SanFran Fitness on Youtube. I've learn so much from Claire that I also like just doing my own thing.

I also use Treadmill TV on Youtube for days where I do my own routine and don't need instruction.

I prefer to wear shoes when rebounding, so I don't experience the foot issues some have. Good luck and listen to your body.

This thread makes me want to buy another rebounder. I have a jumpsport that I have had for many years. but the platform is small and I can't do any kind of choreography whatsoever. feel like I would fall off and break a hip. I use regularly. But I just bounce and jump

exactly why the small JumpSport is my least favorite.
For me, size matters.

I just got my jumpsport today from costco. just have to finish putting it together. I will probably use shoes too as I have high arches and my feet kill me if I don't have support.

Thanks for mentioning this channel, I tried two of their workouts yesterday, and really enjoyed both of them!
