Anyone still ramping?

Today I did Gin Miller’s Express Workout. It was so nice to get a break from all the walking workouts I’ve been doing. Good pace, different choreography and different music. I really enjoyed it.

Yes, occasionally I do use the club sized ramp which I purchased back in 2016.

I can still picture you picking up all of your ramps which fell out of your truck!

That’s funny that your remember that. I remember that awful feeling bumping along the country roads thinking everything was okay, then getting home and discovering my ramps had “jumped ship”. Still can’t believe we found them.

Not regularly, but I did a few workouts last year with the ramp. Gin Miller is so fun and goofy! I get bored with the same thing all the time, too!

I’m about to start ramping for the first time with the Gin Miller Express Workout, I just received it from Mary. Glad to read someone thought it was enjoyable and I am looking forward to it even more now.
