Question Help me choose tomorrow's workout!

I'm feeling indecisive with my dvd collection and I know at 6am tomorrow I will likely just skip working out if I don't pick out something tonight!

I'm looking for a no dread, high rep, low or no weight lower body workout that has either some cardio mixed in or just has a general cardio effect. No high impact.

Any and all suggestions welcome! Thanks!

Since we don't know what you have, pick 5, then let us vote. In the past, I'd choose 2 the night before, then would force myself to pick one the next morning, no swaps! It wasn't always easy.

Haha, I can't even pick 5 lol! But I do own pretty much all Jessica Smith on dvd, some BarreAmped, some KCM, most Cathe, alot of newer FIRMs, some Tracey Mallett, Ballet Beautiful, and I do think I have that KCM workout too! Checking out my collection for Body Training!

Tugger - I'll tell ya what I did today. I did Caroline Girven's loop band glute workout, followed by a Moving Mango floor work session. Burner!

(This is my current LB framework - a short loop band or step ups or kettlebell LB, followed by a longer floorwork.)

I'd go with Barre Amped or Booty Barre, only because I've been wanting to do barre workouts but they're going to have to wait since I'm hooked (or stuck?) on my Men's Health rotations.

Let us know what you choose, just because I'm nosy like that.
