Bumping to rave a little about this workout!
Today I did 3 chapters of Barre Ball Blast: Ball Cardio (14 min), Standing Lower Body (26 min) and Lower Body Mat (16 min) for a total of a 56 min workout. I say it all the time about her workouts but WOW! The cardio section was more of a balance and core challenge than actual cardio but I was actually surprised at how my heart rate went up some as I did it. It actually made for a good warm up (the warm up for the disc was 10 min but I actually like this better as a warm up). She labels her workouts intermediate...silly girl. No way! My muscles quiver and shake with almost all of her workouts! Sure some could be considered intermediate but I especially find so many of her lower body ones to be extremely challenging. So awesome!! I have also previously done the Inner Thighs and Abs as well as Glute/Low Back chapters and loved both of those as well. I highly recommend this workout to any Linda fans! I have the same problem with a low ceiling to contend with. For the Ball/cardio section I actually used my 4 lb medicine ball with handles that I got with TapOut XT2. It worked perfectly and made that section even more challenging. HTH!
