Like Desie said, they're set up for her paid ones, but you can still piece them together using the free ones.

Me too, I put the minutes in the title and the body parts that I feel get the most attention from the workout. Like, that yoga style stretch & balance really hits my obliques, stretching and strengthening. And the total body stretching one hits my calves and inner thighs. And the back fat one is really great for my upper back posture. So, I put what it works on me plus the minutes.

Today I only had time for a quick workout, so I did the ankle weight legs workout that a few people here mentioned. Yowza! My legs are going to be talking to me tomorrow for sure!
