... my Fitprimes and Kickbutts. I needed to do a workout that I knew well and wasn't in the "learning curve". Boy, Metaboost is like an old friend. It was just what I needed. I've been using TL with all her functional fitness moves, but I'm still learning her routines. Today I needed a workout I didn't have to pay attention to the details b/c I've done it enough times.
This entire series is such a gem. I just might need to mix these in with TL.
Maybe create a hybrid rotation with TL, Fitprime/Kickbutt and a splash of FF FIRMS.
And I must admit, I love the music Anna B. sent to these workouts.
