It's fun that we are talking about the Fitprimes again. I so wanted to love them. I have Up and Down and Core first and ofcourse, Susan's.
IMHO - Anna tried to put in too much in these workouts. I don't mind a learning curve in a workout but when I work out, I want to spend most of my time exercising than trying to figure out new moves. However, I have always felt that a workout is not a bad workout unless more than half of the reviewers don't like it. Here at VF, there are as many people who love them tas much as those that don't so I think these workouts are best judged by the individual. |
