Just seeing if anyone is still using these workouts?
I received an email with a link to try a 60 minute group fight workout. I was watching it and it looks really good. I went to their sight and they have quite a few 60 minutes classes along with their 30 minute ones.
The groups fight ones are the ones that I probably would like best and I like to box and kickbox.
I just don't usually do 60 minute classes, and 30 minutes seem too short. If only there were 45 minute classes, that is my sweet spot.
but if they are good, I may try them, I tried them before and didn't care for it.
Then again, I may not have time to do any of them as I enjoy CoffeyFit RAW and Peloton, my two mainstays.
Any new opinions?
